1. Definitions and Applicability

In these terms and conditions, "ck4", "we", and "our" refer to the ck4 platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "player" refer to any person who has accessed or registered on ck4's website or mobile application.

These terms apply to all services on ck4 — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other entertainment services. Where a specific promotion or bonus has its own terms, those terms will apply alongside these main terms.

ck4 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To use ck4's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Casino or betting services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• Online gaming and betting must be legally permitted in the country or region from which you are accessing the service.
• You must confirm that you are using the service on your own behalf, voluntarily, and for personal purposes.
• You must not have had any account previously permanently closed.

ck4 may at any time request documents for age verification or identity confirmation. Failure to provide documents or submission of false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with ck4, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and all other required information accurately. ck4 reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or incomplete information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all funds, including bonuses, may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential is your own responsibility. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ck4's support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, ck4 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. Some features may be temporarily limited until verification is complete.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh are used to deposit funds at ck4: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposits are generally processed quickly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team. Deposited funds are only accepted from a method registered in the account owner's name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for withdrawals.

Your account must be verified before you can make a withdrawal, and the policy of withdrawing via the same method used for the deposit applies. Withdrawal requests suspected of fraud may be held until an investigation is complete.

4.3 Transaction Validity

ck4 reserves the right to verify the validity of every transaction. If a transaction appears suspicious, it may be temporarily blocked. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the associated account will be permanently closed and legal action will be taken.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility for a bonus is determined by the individual terms of each promotion.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless otherwise stated.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to exploit system loopholes is detected, the account will be subject to review.
• ck4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

ck4's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback on the week's net losses.

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week. For example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular play. Each tier comes with its own specific benefits and priority service.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck4 and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Conducting transactions in a deliberate pattern intended to abuse the bonus system.
• Exploiting technical bugs or glitches on the platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an advantage in betting.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Running unauthorised promotions using ck4's name or logo.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy

ck4 believes that gaming for entertainment should be enjoyable, but excessive play can cause personal and financial harm. For this reason, ck4 maintains a clear Responsible Gaming Policy, which includes deposit limits, self-exclusion, and support options.

ck4 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Submission of false information or documents.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Breach of fair play policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

ck4 is an entertainment platform. Financial risk is always present in gaming and betting, and the user bears full responsibility for any losses. ck4 does not guarantee any winnings.

ck4 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet outages, or issues with third-party services. However, every effort is made to provide a fair resolution in such situations.

12. Changes and Amendments
