Example: if Team A's odds are 2.50 and you stake ৳1,000, a win returns ৳2,500 (৳1,500 profit + original ৳1,000); a loss means the full ৳1,000 is gone. If Team B's odds are 1.25, a ৳1,000 stake returns ৳1,250 on a win (only ৳250 profit) — the favourite has lower odds, so the return is lower.
Cricket match winner example
In a limited-overs match (no draw): Team A odds 1.65, Team B odds 2.30. A ৳1,000 bet on Team B returns ৳2,300 (৳1,300 profit) if Team B wins; if Team A wins, you lose ৳1,000.

Using the bet slip — single and multi bets
Clicking on the odds in any market adds it to the bet slip. One selection makes it a single bet — enter your stake and confirm after checking the potential return.
Adding more than one selection will automatically show the multi bet option in the bet slip. In a multi bet, the odds of all selections are multiplied:

Betting exchange: understanding BACK and LAY
On a betting exchange, you bet against other players, not against the site. BACK Team A at decimal odds of 2.50 with a ৳1,000 stake: a win returns ৳1,500 (before commission); a loss means ৳1,000 is gone.
LAY Team A at the same odds (for a backer's stake of ৳1,000): if Team A does not win, you receive ৳1,000 (before commission); if Team A wins, you must pay ৳1,500 (liability = ৳1,000 × 1.50).
Bet history — view open and settled bets
Go to the account menu
Click the profile icon at the top right and select the "Bet History" or "My Bets" option.

Bets that have not yet been settled will be in the "Open" tab — you can see the market, odds and stake.
Check settled bets
The "Settled" tab lists won and lost bets — you can see the date, result and the amount won or lost.
